This website is owned and operated by Indie Coffee Passport Co. ("ICPC"). Your access to and use of this website is subject to the following terms of use and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing this website, you accept, without limitation, all terms of use.

ICPC reserves the right to modify the terms of use at its discretion. Continued use of the website constitutes binding acceptance of these terms of use, including any changes made by ICPC. If at any time the terms of use are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately stop using the website.

USE OF CARD
The Indie Coffee Passport card (the Passport) entitles each cardholder to one sample coffee (up to a $4.00 on the menu) at each of the participating coffee shops in Toronto. It is not valid for food, for multiple drinks, or for any other purpose. The Passport is not redeemable for cash and is not applicable to a credit card account. The Passport may NOT be used more than one time per coffee shop. Where a coffee shop has multiple locations AND is listed more than once on the Passport, it may be used at each location. The Passport must be presented at the time of redemption. The Passport is valid from September 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.

The Passport is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Refunds may be made at the sole discretion of ICPC on a case-by-case basis.

If you do not comply with the terms of use at any time, ICPC reserves the right to cancel or terminate your Passport.

COFFEE SHOPS
ICPC makes no representations, warranties or conditions, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the coffee shops, the drinks or service supplied or any other applicable service you obtain via the Passport. ICPC has no control over any of the coffee shops or the drinks provided and makes no endorsement or representation of any kind regarding the products and services offered by participating coffee shops. Nor is ICPC liable in any way for any coffee shop that does not honour the Passport because it is sold, ceases to carry on business, becomes bankrupt or insolvent or for any other reason. You hereby irrevocably waive any claim against ICPC with respect to any coffee shop, product or service supplied.

USE OF WEBSITE
ICPC controls indiecoffeepassport.com from its offices within the Province of Ontario, Canada. The website can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada and from other countries. As each of these jurisdictions have laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, by accessing the website, you agree that all matters relating to the use of the website, or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You also agree and hereby submit to the non-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with all local laws.
